SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Monari Interiors, we prioritise a seamless shopping experience. Here's what you need to know about our shipping and delivery:

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

A flat fee of $15 applies. Monari Interiors packages are dispatched promptly and require a signature upon delivery. If you're not available, specific instructions will be left, or MyPost customers will receive a digital notification. Please note that while express shipping expedites delivery, the packing process takes 1-3 business days.

BACKORDER ITEMS

Occasionally, some items may be out of stock but available for purchase, marked as backorder with an estimated arrival date. Rest assured, we'll ship your backorder items within 24-48 hours of receiving them in our warehouse. If your order includes both in-stock and backorder items, we'll part-ship immediately and generate a backorder for the remaining items.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is paramount. Enjoy full refunds within 14 days, excluding sale items. Ensure items are returned unused, in original unmarked packaging. Download and include the return form with your parcel.

We're unable to refund damaged or marked items, so please pack carefully. Contact us at sales@monari.com.au to initiate the return process. Return postage is your responsibility, so retain proof until we process your refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, email us at sales@monari.com.au within 7 days with photos of the damage(s), your order number, and details for a swift resolution. We'll replace or refund the item promptly.

SALE ITEMS & EXCHANGES

No returns on sale items for change of mind. We don't offer exchanges; place a new order for a different product on our website.
